I would like to describe the landscape of DUBAI as " Ocean Desert "!
DUBAI is one of the most open port city for free trade in UAE (United Arab Emirates), but also the relay trade harbor for the entire Middle East Area, which is equivalent to the status of Hong Kong in Asia. If local Muslims are admitted to attend the University, certainly Knowledge can bring them better life, but if not, it does not matter; the Government will invite you to be a civil servant, pay you at least 1,500 dollars a month, and do not have to pay income taxes! Wonderful!
If men want to get married, the Government will allocate a set of house to them (always Villa-Oh!) If this were not enough, they can also apply for more money to the Government
Their young people do not need Work but still can live very comfortable. DUBAI Government regulated that people from the whole world can be free to do business there, but have to invite one Arab to be their local Guarantor, and to give him a year of premiums based on the size of the companies, normally at least 10 million a year. Wow!
Government also will allocate a piece of land and let them build house freely. They can rent this house to Chinese, Indians and , and other foreign personnel and charge them rent to live a better life! WOW!
A yacht hotel was the famous mark for Dubai before years. In a few years, however, the map Island, Palm Island , DUBAI tower will be into the people's attention and became a symbol of the new DUBAI !
